Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

We offer free standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse with tracking. During the holiday season and severe winter weather, carriers may take a few extra days.

Holiday orders

Order early if you are buying a gift. We post our recommended order-by date for Christmas delivery on our website each season.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US at this time.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at deividcuello6@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
