30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your PSI North inflator. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return: email us at deividcuello6@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
